The problem of working a very repetitive lifestyle (as in same shit, different day stuff) is losing track of essential-not-so-obvious information. Like, what day it is.
One day, I just woke up fat. It just dawned on me. How could this happen? You are fat. (Denial)
According to the very reliable Wikipedia, [o]verweight is often used interchangeably with pre-obese and is generally defined as having more body fat than is optimally healthy.
Check. Check. Check.
Looking at the mirror, it’s more of selective obesity. More parts are too big to be healthy. E.g. Tummy, thighs. (Anger and disgust bordering on depression and desperation.)
I guess it’s about time to do something about this big fat problem. (Acceptance)
Option a: <Opens cheetos. munch. munch.>
Option b: Only eat 24 pcs. of Cheetos.
